- Version 3.1
- Mouse click-through support. Enable it on the property pages for each
window individually.
- Added a focus hotkey to give focus to the main winamp window. Since
windows that pass through mouse clicks can't be activated by clicking on
them, the hotkey was added so winamp could be easily brought to focus.
Use Windows Key + J or Ctrl + Shift + J.
- Minor clean-ups, fixes, and changes not visible to the end user.
- Version 3.0
- Brand new version, completely rewritten
- Discontinued support for opaque movement and faded dialogs. Too much
work, not enough benefit for fadeable dialogs, and opaque movement
made it difficult to add support for new plugins
- New format for adding plugin support. MikroAMP and Album List are
supported via the installer.
- Version 2.5
- Completely new configuration dialog.
- Supports Windows XP visual styles.
- Active/Inactive alpha levels for the four main winamp windows, with customizable fade delay (between 200 and 2000 milliseconds).
- New API calls to support inactive alpha values and fade delays.
- Version 2.2
- Added the ability to handle Winamp dialogs. (Idea from Chris Moeller's Translucency Control plugin)
- New API calls (see API.txt or http://www.daishar.com/lucidamp/api.php for details):
- Various calls to support the new dialog handling.
- Version call (ID 9999). Allows plugin developers to key off of the Lucidamp version to enable various functionality.
- Exposed Lucidamp's configuration dialog via an API call
- Updated the APIs to not change alpha levels while a window is moving if the target window supports opaque movement and opaque movement is enabled.
- Fixed a problem with Lucidamp and short filenames (ie, C:\PROGRA~1 vs "C:\Program Files")
- Added api.txt to installer package.
- Version 2.1
- Added MikroAMP support.
- Added an API to control Lucidamp.
- Added a visualization plugin, LucidVis, as an example of using the new Lucidamp API.
- Version 2.0
- Totally re-wrote the plugin.
- Added the ability to make windows opaque when moving them.
- Really fixed the minimization thing, this time.
- The installer no longer allows installation on a non-Windows 2000 machine. Doing this required a few minor changes to NullSoft's SuperPIMP installer.
- Version 1.1
- Fixed annoying minimization problems, where translucent windows would not clear off the screen properly. -- This fix didn't really work
- Version 1.0a
- Version 1.0
- First release of LucidAmp.
- Name change from TransAmp to LucidAmp to resolve a conflict with a pre-existing skin of that name.
